Healthy Eating - Shrimp & Sausage Creole
When I cook, I like to COOK, I don’t want to prep and work for an hour just for one meal. So I do things big, because I love leftovers and never mind eating the same thing over a few days if it’s good! If this is too big for you feel free to cut things down in 1/2 or 1/4. This is an optionally spicy dish with a chunky, satisfying mix of healthy meats and savory veggies. The prep work takes some time but the cooking is a snap. If you want to save some money drop the shrimp for more sausage, but it’s worth it to me for sure!
