Day 20

My knee injury is not healing normally, so after trying another day of walking I’ve decided to give it complete rest for a few days before I continue. I just can’t risk downtime from work and even this straight walking is really hurting it and making it swell up even on ibuprofin. On another note – what is the secret to keeping lettuce, if there is one? I really hate having to go to the store every few days for it!

  1. Hey Bryan, love all your sites. Just a comment on your knee, you might wanna go get it checked out! I’m sure I’m not the first person to tell you but it sounds like you could have some ligament damage; which could develop into a more serious grade. I think it could be worth checking it out!

  2. Maybe try swimming a little. As for lettuce, ur fridge is huge for keeping lettuce. I’d go with all romaine, since it has nutritional value… But my new fridge keeps lettuce for 2weeks
