Day 26

Phew today I am worn OUT. Tomorrow will be a rest day for sure. I forgot to wear the brace but didn’t really notice it and the knee still feels fine now that I’m back home, so yea! I figured out a sweet, easy course to do right from my door, that’s good for about 12 miles or so anytime. I know I’ll be hitting nearby trails but this is great for days I don’t have the time too 🙂 I got some new shorts for CHEAP at Walmart and they work great too, although the seat is harder now!

  1. Have you ever thought about a bike computer. I have a fairly inexpensive but nice one that does cadence, speed, distance, etc.
