Day 38

Today I did the normal ride and am in the middle of cooking TWO new recipes/videos for you guys, so I was able to sneak away while one of them was on the stove for a while! I’ll have guilt-free crab rangoon wontons and a beautiful VERY healthy white bean and turkey chili real soon for everyone to drool over 🙂 I also show you some more bike basics, this time how to easily adjust your disc brakes, and I get closer to solving my noise problem!

  1. Great informative videos. Where would be a good place to look for a bike rack for my car? I have a 2009 Toyota corolla? I have a mountain bike and would love to take it to some trails in my neck of the woods as opposed to the neighborhood all the time.
