HLO Healthy Eating Recipe Whole Wheat Soft Pretzels

I love soft pretzels, but they can be SO bad for you with calorie counts pushing 1000+ from the big ones loaded up in the mall, usually full of sugar and altered salts they are a nightmare. But I wanted to see if I could replicate the texture and flavors in a much more healthy way – and I did!! This is probably the most impressed I’ve been with a turnout, there’s no one who loves pretzels that would think these are healthy! The key is moderation. Take it EASY with the salt on top, it only takes a pinch. The dough is made with the absolute minimum of salt and natural sugar for the yeast in the form of local honey. No one can fault that!

To make this you’ll need:
Fine sea salt
Course sea salt
Sunflour kernels
Whole wheat flour
Rapid rise yeast
Skim milk
