Day 236

I got slammed by work today, a typical Monday where everything backs up over the weekend and everyone calls at once. I got rid of most of the junk in the garage and have an idea to salvage the door. I didn’t get time to try it today, maybe Wed. Tomorrow I have a lighting workshop to teach and am making a batch of ribs to serve for a lunch.   1. The video played for me on time. Sounds like a good plan to take the month off and use it as a trial period it would be interesting to see what would happen. Continue the great work and the videos

  2. I think you are pretty accurate in your assessment…your eating habits/choices are having a much more direct impact on your weight loss than the exercise…but exercise is important to our bodies as it keeps us moving…and as the old saying goes…if you don’t use it, you will lose it.

  3. I don’t know if you have a Dremel tool or not but a Dremel tool with a sanding wheel attachment would make short work of those hinge recesses. Just a thought.

  4. Their is one cardinal rule in for those of us in medicine about weight vs metabolism. Whether it be diet, exercise or a combination of both…if you burn up more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. If you burn up less calories than you take in, you will gain weight.

  5. Mike, you put me to shame with the amount you manage to do, from cigar blogs to all the other projects you seem to run. More power to your elbow – as we say in U.K.
